WOD
Workout: Teams of 3. All start with a 400m Run. Once all team-mates are back, each team member starts at a station. When they have all completed their exercise, the whole group rotates to the next station. Continue rotations until all three rounds are completed, then the group must run the final 400m with the clock stopping when the last person finishes.
